ReNew You Membership – Terms & Conditions. Please Read Carefully.

By enrolling in the ReNew You Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership and Billing Terms

By purchasing, you acknowledge and consent to being enrolled in a recurring membership that bills every six (6) months, unless cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the next billing cycle. You will retain access to all membership benefits through the remainder of your paid term, even if you cancel before it ends. No partial refunds are offered once the billing cycle has begun.

Each six-month membership includes one (1) functional blood test requisition to be used at a participating Labcorp location. If no Labcorp location is reasonably accessible, a Quest Diagnostics requisition may be substituted for an additional fee. If neither Labcorp nor Quest is accessible, the lab testing portion will convert to personalized counseling, which includes a list of recommended functional lab markers and guidance for working with your own qualified provider. In this case, the cost of the lab draw and testing is the responsibility of the client.

2. Blood Testing Policy

• Each six-month membership includes one (1) functional blood test requisition through a participating Labcorp location. If you do not have a participating Labcorp near you, you can opt for a Quest Diagnostics location near you for an additional fee (depending on the lab test and location).
  
• If you select a Labcorp (or Quest Diagnostics) location arranged through us, your results will be delivered directly to our team and your results will appear in your secure client portal—no action is required on your part once your blood draw is complete.
  
• If no Labcorp or Quest location is reasonably accessible, your lab portion will convert to personalized counseling, which includes:
  
• A list of recommended functional lab markers to provide to your health professional 
• Guidance on how to request labs through a qualified healthcare provider 
• Individual coaching on how to access and upload the lab results for interpretation
  
• In this case, you are responsible for covering the cost of lab work and uploading your completed results to our secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal so we can generate your customized Functional Health Report.
  

3. Important:
   “Inaccessible blood tests” refers to any situation in which you are unable to complete your included lab work within the six-month membership due to circumstances outside of InWella’s control. This may include, but is not limited to:

• No nearby participating Labcorp or Quest location - and subsequent failure to obtain them through a qualified healthcare provider
• Legal restrictions in your state or country (e.g., NY, NJ, RI, or international clients)
• Failure to schedule or attend your lab draw during the active membership window
• Lab-related issues (e.g., cancellation, rejection, or technical problems)
• Personal circumstances preventing follow-through
  

There are no refunds or credits for inaccessible or unused blood tests.

Additional key policies:

• Blood work must be completed within your six-month membership period; it does not roll over into future membership terms.
• If you choose not to renew, your lab draw must be completed at least two (2) weeks before your membership ends in order to receive your Functional Health Report.
• If lab work is not completed within your active membership, the blood test portion will be forfeited without refund.

4. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older or have parental consent.

5. Course & Membership Content

• InWella may update, modify, or remove content at any time.
• All content is for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes.
  

6. Health Disclaimer

• This program is educational in nature and is not a substitute for medical advice.
• Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your health routines.
• Clients are solely responsible for decisions made based on content and recommendations.
  

7. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are final after the 7-day trial period.
• No refunds will be issued for unused portions, missed lab draws, or failure to cancel in time.

8. Technical Access

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to view content, including reliable internet, compatible devices, and secure login practices.

9. Privacy

Your personal and health data will be handled according to InWella’s privacy policy, which can be found at:

10. Intellectual Property

All course content is the intellectual property of InWella. Use is granted only for individual, non-commercial purposes.

11. Code of Conduct

• Respectful engagement is expected in all community spaces.
• Disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior may result in revoked access without refund.

12. Termination

InWella reserves the right to revoke access to the program for violation of these terms.

13. Liability Disclaimer

Information is provided in good faith but without guarantee of outcomes. Clients should confirm any action with a licensed provider.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled under Washington State law, with resolution through arbitration. The prevailing party may recover legal costs.

15. Amendments

Terms may be amended by InWella at any time. Continued participation signifies agreement to updated terms.
